Its been a while since I last posted, glad to see that this site is still going. Has anyone seen the poster depicting Obama as the "joker?"

The message behind the poster promotes 'open mockery of Barack Obama, as disillusionment sets in with the man, his policies, and the phony image of a race-healing, brilliant, scholarly middle-of-the-roader.' (Thomas Lifson)

I totally agree with this poster and the message it is trying to get across to the American public. Of course Barack Obama is portayed as race-healing, brilliant communicator, elitist, and the all-mighty savior from the statist media...it is posters (like the one mentioned above) and open discussions on a national stage which will help to promote a counter-thought and/or counter-revolution against the Barack Obama machine.

Perhaps Conservative Chatroom could do us al a favor a put up the Joker Poster??

Keep up the fight!

The very same people who bashed Bush for 8 years are now outraged over this kind of treatment for their man Obama. Its funny how they can treat Bush by a set of standards so low and degrading, yet when they have their man is on top...suddenly they are stunned the conservatives can be so mean.

-Will in NorCal

PS If you check out Drudge, you will see that Vanity Fair published a photo of Bush as the Joker on the cover the magazine a few years back...and I do not recall any outrage on the side of the left. The gloves are off, the left treated Bush without any respect, class, or hesitation for personal attacks for 8 years. Once the bar has been set so low, its impossible to expect the bar to be raised again. The only problem I foresee conservatives having when they attack Obama with the same kind of intensity and truth, is that Obama has the state run media to call the messenger racist and to discredit the attacks. Heck, when Bush was being attacked it was the media that was doing the attacking.

Where can I get a copy of that poster? I want to make copies and hang them all over the city...since I am in Pelosi/Boxer-ville, I should get quite a reaction.

I am aurprised the teleprompter-in-chief allows Obama to speak so openly about his plans for Healthcare in America.

Whats even more surprising to me is how many idiots in America think that 50 million American citizens don't recieve healthcare in America! Thats absurd!

There are FREE clinics all across the country including Emergency rooms...this debate is about health insurance. Everyone wants health insurance for free. Don't let your liberal friends try to confuse the issue. Don't let your liberal friends try to tell you that the evil republicans want everyone to just die under a bridge somewhere, out of site. You can clarify with them that you may want all "liberals" to die under a bridge somewhere, but not with regards to this healthcare issue.

...Just ask yourself what your car insurance would cost if everyone demanded it as a government-guaranteed "right." Imagine car repair shops having to go through a 10-year approval process -- as pharmaceutical companies must -- before offering a service that the government will then provide to millions of people as a "right."

Then ask what the response would be if some people broke with the consensus and said that car repairs were a service to be paid for. They would be shouted down as immoral -- while people demanded that their insurance pay for oil changes and ripped seats.

Congress would pass more programs. Prices would quadruple, and car insurance would become a crushing expense.

Those who want to see an end to spiraling medical costs should challenge the premises behind the government interventions.

The first premise is moral: that medical care is a right. It is not. There was no right to such care before doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies produced it. Health care is a service, which we all need, and none of us are better served by placing our lives and our doctors under coercive bureaucratic control.

The second premise is economic: that the government can produce a positive result by redistributing thousands of billions of dollars from its most productive citizens. This is the road to stagnation and national bankruptcy, not universal prosperity.

If Congress really wanted to address health care problems, it could begin with three things: (1) tort reform, to end the ruinous lawsuits that force medical specialists into insurance costs of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year; (2) Medicare reform, to face squarely the fact of the program's insolvency; and (3) regulatory reform, to roll back the onerous rules that force doctors, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies (who are pilloried for producing the care that many people then demand as a "right") into satisfying bureaucratic dictates rather than solving patients' problems...(Exerpts from a recent John David Lewis column)

I think I was listening to Rush a couple of days ago and I can't remember if I heard Rush discuss this or if it was on a different radio program, but they were discussing an interesting point of view in regards to this SOCIALISM/JOKER poster. Interestingly enough, there are several parallels between the actual joker character in Batman and Obama. If you recall in the movie the Joker was always bitter about his upbringing and his percieved unjustices. The joker wanted to create conflict among Gotham city so he could capitalize on them (much like our community organizer of a president has been doing for the past 200 days). The artist behind this poster was either brilliant or lucky.

If you search the Internet for articles about the joker poster, it is filled with people citing racism, racism, and more racism. It is amazing how any criticism of Obama is met with an instant backlash of racism claims.

If George W. Bush had made a joke at the expense of the Special Olympics, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush tried to change your healthcare insurance into a single-payer, gov't run department...and tried to cram it all down your throat in 4 weeks (yet took 4 months to think of a name for his dog) would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had given Gordon Brown a set of inexpensive and incorrectly formatted DVDs, when Gordon Brown had given him a thoughtful and historically significant gift, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had given the Queen of England an iPod containing videos of his speeches, would you have thought this embarrassingly narcissistic and tacky?

If George W. Bush had bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had visited Austria and made reference to the non-existent "Austrian language," would you have brushed it off as a minor slip?

If George W. Bush had filled his cabinet and circle of advisers with people who cannot seem to keep current on their income taxes, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer to "Cinco de Cuatro" in front of the Mexican ambassador when it was the fourth of May (Cuatro de Mayo), and continued to flub it when he tried again, would you have winced in embarrassment?

If George W. Bush had mis-spelled the word advice would you have hammered him for it for years like Dan Quayle and potatoe as proof of what a dunce he is?

If George W. Bush had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel to go plant a single tree on Earth Day, would you have concluded he's a hypocrite?

If George W. Bush's administration had okayed Air Force One flying low over millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan causing widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they actually get what happened on 9-11?

If George W. Bush had been the first President to need a teleprompter installed to be able to get through a press conference, would you have laughed and said this is more proof of how inept he is on his own and is really controlled by smarter men behind the scenes?

If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in New Orleans, would you want it made into a major ongoing political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

If George W. Bush had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again 10 times within years, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had reduced your retirement plan's holdings of GM stock by 90% and given the unions a majority stake in GM, would you have approved?

If George W. Bush had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to take Laura Bush to a play in NYC, would you have approved?

So what makes Obama so special again? Can't think of anything? He's done all this in 5 months -- so you'll have three years and seven months to come up with an answer.

Sieg Heil obama.

Sieg Heil obama.

We will bow down to you. We will let your goons run us out of town. We will shut our mouths so you can take our country and freedoms away.
Please allow us to be quiet and pay our taxes....Yes Massa, Thank you massa.

I THINK NOT! We will fight and we will win this war. You have awakened the silent and hard working people of this country.
This is a rally call to all those on the sidelines. Wake up now!

This is a turning point in the history of our country. Do not let this man and those that have taken up arms against us win the battle of America.

Wow. Can this guy get any more arrogant? I thought Bush was full of himself, but Obama is in a world all of his own.

The White House is trying to stiffle debate on health care—because they know the American people are turning against them. So, they call out the union thugs to try and intimidate average Americans from expressing their views.

It won’t work—Americans are waking up and will say NO! Astro-turf, real-turf, turf-toe, camel-toe, whatever kind of grassroots/turf movement we gots ourselves going on is good ol' fashion democracy. For Obama to tell me to sit and be quiet, so he can fix all the problems...what a joke.

Do you think all this mess he gots himself into is "Above his paygrade?"

America has been sucker punched. The unifier, the great post-racial, post-American President, has adopted the street tactics of Chicago thug politics. His ACORN/SEIU/Union goons are beating up decent American citizens at town hall meetings. And with the violence comes vilification: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has claimed that protesters are "carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on healthcare."

Union thugs beat up a protester, Randy Arthur, at Florida Democrat Congresswoman Kathy Castor's town hall meeting in Tampa on Thursday. Castor's union thugs also shut the doors to prevent the opposing opinions from being heard. Fifteen hundred people were there, but they would not let them in the front door. When the doors were finally opened, only about seventy-five people were allowed in. Meanwhile, by the time even those seventy-five were let in, the union and ACORN thugs had already been quietly ushered in through the back door, and had already taken seats that were reserved for them in the front. Castor herself then proceeded to leave, not taking any questions, claiming that it was because she "couldn't hear." Translation: she doesn't have answers, because she hasn't read the House bill.

And in Missouri, over a thousand St. Louis Tea Party taxpayers showed up to attend the Russ Carnahan town hall meeting in South St. Louis. They too were locked out - while the Carnahan staff was sneaking members of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in the side door marked "handicapped." Remember: Obama paid out at least $2,250,000 to the SEIU, the nation's largest labor union. And SEIU COPE-PAC spent $13,355,389 to get Obama elected President. SEIU paid for door-to-door canvassing for Obama, voter identification and registration, and phone banks.

The thugs were attacking free citizens. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch has this: "Kenneth Gladney, 38, a conservative activist from St. Louis, said he was attacked by some of those arrested as he handed out yellow flags with ‘Don't tread on me' printed on them. He spoke to the Post-Dispatch from the emergency room at St. John's Mercy Medical Center, where he said he was awaiting treatment for injuries to his knee, back, elbow, shoulder and face. Gladney, who is black, said one of his attackers, also a black man, used a racial slur against him before the attack. ‘It just seems there's no freedom of speech without being attacked,' he said."

Not for conservatives. Not for free Americans.

Expect a lot of this, folks. Expect to fight for your right to speak freely. They are co-opting the heartfelt outcry of great Americans as a propaganda trick. They will pack town halls this summer with their paid street thugs and video the proceedings with shaky cameras so that their media shills and whores will happily run the video as the "American street."

Meanwhile, leftist bloggers are trying desperately to substantiate the lies that Pelosi, Obama's thugs, and the disinformation blogs on the payroll of subversive groups are spreading like so much manure. They are photoshopping pictures to make it look as if the protesters are acting like leftwing thugs. The Huffington Post ran a closely cropped picture with this caption: "In one image, a young man with a shirt that reads ‘Hitler Gave Great Speeches Too' is photographed making what looks like a Hitler salute.
